I've been visiting this site for...I don't know...two years(?), although I mostly lurk. Lots of authors participated since then (have you seen the number of interviews here?), so I guess they find it professional enough. I don't remember how long ago this was, but an editor at Avon did a interview after one bulletin board heated up, so I guess she found it professional enough too.
