I'm looking for a romance novel, which I think is part of a series about a family - in each book, one of the siblings fall in love.

The one I'm looking for is about a man who buys or gets a vineyard/ranch or similar, which has a restaurant as well. He hires a woman to take care of some of the business. Turns out he has some history with this woman, as she worked at a hotel in Vegas (I think?) which he and his family owns. They both live in this big house together, but doesn't really want anything to do with each other - but after a while they start falling in love. I remember he takes her on a date in the city planning to stay the night at a hotel, and also some kind of "car chase" after a fight.
I read it some years ago, so it's really hard to remember the details!
