|
|
My mother got a Nook for Mother's Day and she wants to get library books on it. Her local library has bupkis so I took her to Akron and got her a library card. They gave us instructions for how to download to her Nook, but they're PC instructions. We download into Adobe Digital Editions and then the instructions said to right click for a menu to send to the removable device. We control clicked and got a menu, but there's no option to send anything anywhere. Anybody know how to do this? _________________ Angsty romance with scattered humor.

I have a Mac and a nook.
I hook my nook into a USB port. Then I open Adobe Digital Editions. If you are in the library view (listing of all the books in ADE), you will have a list of locations along the left hand side. You should see an icon for the Nook. All you need to do is drag and drop your books from ADE to the Nook.
It's really simple. I've never had to pull up a menu or anything like that. |

We got Mom's Nook into the library. She had been having trouble with her Airport and had a stand in so the Nook wasn't signed into the internet. That was why the library books weren't showing up. Yay! _________________ Angsty romance with scattered humor.
