| That short piece--I wasn't able to read the rest of it--was chilling. I already have a jaundiced view of AT&T. For a while I was losing the net as often as three times a day and talking to a tech as long as 2 hours at times to get it back. Only when I bought an expensive modem specifically engineered to work with AT&T did I get a resolution. Any more "control" than they already have can't be good. |
