/looking for title - book about plane crash on an island

Hi! I'm new to this community and I was looking for a book that I read in the past and enjoyed. The book begins with a plane crash onto an island and the hero and heroine (along with many other survivors) survive there for a number of weeks. They are then rescued and the hero and heroine have to find a way to take their new love into the real world. He introduces her to his daughter; he buys her an engagement ring out of a gumball machine; the heroine owns a chain of spa/clothing stores. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I believe this is Horizons by Catherine Hart and is one of my all time favorite books. When the TV show LOST came out, it reminded me of it.
