help find mills&boon title

looking for this

There was this mills&boon i read where one of the characters is named falcon..the heroine saw her father commit suicide as a child and blamed the hero for it(he was her fathers business associate), so she grows up and starts dating the hero's kinda young son..the hero meets her to dissuade her from that relationship but ends up having an affair with her..they fall in love and are about to marry wen her step mother(who had wanted the hero 4 herself years back) tells him who the heroine is..i don't remember anymore but it was a nice book..if anybody can figure out the name please tell as wanna read it again..
