| Can't remember title to the book....I believe the main character was named Poppy but I may be wrong on that. She snuck out of her "coming out" party and ended up being caught in a tryst with the Duke next door in his house, and was forced to marry him. He had lost his first wife in some sort of accident and was nicknamed the "deadly duke" or something of that fashion. |
