I found leopard print jammies at Big Lots and since I'm having surgery on Monday, I figured I deserved them.

I was a lot more comfy once I got home. The staff seemed to be on a schedule not to let me sleep more than 90 min at a stretch. Oh well. I'm home and healing up. Thanks for the well wishes!

Glad to hear it, I missed this post before you went in, I think the cool jammies idea is a great one. : )
It's so hard to sleep in the hospital, they wake you up to check vitals several times in the night and you just want to be left alone.

My favorite wake up was the intern who came in at 6 to ask how I was feeling. Hmm, tired? He wanted me that my surgeon's resident would be coming later to check on me and when I pressed to find out what time so I'd know if I should bother to try and sleep he said in an hour. Too bad the two of them couldn't have coordinated a little better.
