I can't beleive this author did another historical. I'm thrilled. She was on a Paranormal writing binge for a while and I had given up hope she would go back to straight historicals. And this one sounds like it takes place for the majority of the book in Scotland! YEAH! cheri |

Cheri: I was also pleased to see that she's back to historicals. I have her new book on reserve at the library. _________________ My Shelfari Shelf: http://www.shelfari.com/o1518275077 |

| Thank you Rosie. Now I don't feel like I'm missing out and I won't be scouring the shelves looking for something that isn't there. cheri |

No problem. I didn't want you to be looking for something that wasn't there either. I'm very much looking forward to another straight historical from Medeiros. Even though I do read paranormals once in a while, I wasn't interested in her last two books. This new one looks like a winner! |

| Ladies, I'm with all of you on this upcoming one, too. Medeiros remains one of the very few historical authors I've stuck with and whose books I truly look forward to--that is, until the last two. Sounds as though the sequel to this one, Some Like it Wild, will be out in Mar 2009. |

Well, cheri, on Amazon it didn't actually say sequel, but the title is so similar that I jumped to that conclusion. It sounds related enough to me.
Some Like It Wicked
Some Like It Wild |

| Sounds like it to me too. Makes me very happy. Amazon probably didn't have any info on it, right? I guess we'll just hope for a sneek peek at the end of this new release. cheri |

| I just double-checked a site where there was a letter from Mederios saying that this is indeed a two-book series. So, let's hope the first one is good so that we can eagerly look forward to the second one. |

| There is an excerpt on this author's website if anyone wants to read it. I didn't. I'd rather just wait and indulge in the whole book. cheri |
