Looking for a book, heroine has fumbling twin(?) brothers

Hi everyone! Hoping you can help me remember the name or even author of a book. It's a historical romance.

Unfortunately I don't remember that much about it, except that the heroine has at least 2 brothers, who may be twins. Now that I'm thinking about it, I think maybe she also has a dad that takes advantage of her/tries to take advantage of her (money). The hero I think forbids her to be in contact with her family but eventually sort of reforms her brothers, including teaching them how to fight.
