| In particular, I'm looking for modern contemporary books that deal with royalty. I don't mind in a paranormal world of those fantasy worlds like Tolkein. I mean the one right outside my window! But with royalty. Princes and Princesses. I loved her books about the Alaskan royals. They were hilarious. I know "Red, Hot, and Royal". I am looking for something that is more funny than dramatic. |

Contemporary sort of - published in the late 1980s, readily available at Amazon used. Kathleen Korbel's Prince of a Guy and Princess and the Pea. Your basic small Eurpoean country royalty mixed with blue collar American heroine. I still find these hilarious. Must be read in order. _________________ When in doubt, read. |

O, yes. In doing some research, I saw the NR books. I'll have to look for the Korbel books. O, wait a minute. They were at this site's list of books.

Looked up most of these at the library. Didn't have most of them but had some of the authors. The Korbel ones sound good. I'll have to look at these. I must say I'm surprised there are not more books of these types around. I enjoyed various movies on this theme such as the Prince and Me. Thanks for the info. Keep it coming! |
