I received a digital "arc" from NetGalley and while reading it, noticed an easily fixable continuity error. Is it appropriate to tell the publisher about this? There is a notice at the beginning saying "this is an uncorrected ebook file" so perhaps it's not too late to make changes.

I'm so glad you contacted the author. Those things can slip through no matter how many times you edit and it may still be fixable.
